Return and refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges for the return of your item. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charge will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your place of residence, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
